Easy Heart-Healthy Tofu Meal Prep Recipe

Set oven to roast at 400F.  Place a sliced tofu block in to start baking for about 10-15 minutes, then add our famous buffalo cauliflower dish.  At the time of adding the cauliflower, flip the tofu, seasoning the second side.  After another 15 minutes, when the cauliflower is tender, add to a plate either aside or atop a bed of your favorite greens for a low-carb, high-protein meal.
